7 Thassa, Deep-Dwelling Blink In Blue One of the better Theros gods to come from Theroes Beyond Death, Thassa Deep-Dwelling comes with a consistent ability that might not be catered to removing finality counters but does a fantastic job at doing so

When you don't have the sac outlets this simply doesn't reliably do useful stuff at all

And as it's free to put it in play, and free to put into your graveyard, it's absolute fodder for infinite loops

The other cards in the deck are - as you'd expect - a mixture of great creatures, beat-down equipment (plus some good evasion equipment - shoutout to the inclusion of Trailblazer's Boots), and a few key spells to get you out of a jam
