Do not take Vitamin B12 Injection if you: Are allergic to Vitamin B12, cobalt, or any other ingredients in the tablets Have hereditary optic atrophy (loss of some or most of the nerve fibers in the optic nerve) Vitamin B12 Tablets should not be used in newborns
